Chrome Free Chromate Conversion for Aluminium and its Alloys.
This process gives the component excellent adhesion and corrosion properties and is a recommended route for any aluminium part that goes on to require powder coating.
Aluminium profiles treated with our process meet the approvals of GSB (No.304a) and Qualicoat (NoA-024) for Architectural Aluminium.
Zinc Phosphate Process for steel and zinc surfaces.
This process also provides the excellent adhesion and corrosion properties but this process is used for iron, steel and zinc surfaces. This process meets with the BS EN 12476 Fe/ZnCaph r 4 a approvals.
Combining the pre-treatments we offer along with the powder coating process the customer has a product which will not only look great in the environment it is placed in, but also will have a very high corrosion resistance.
